Well that was that. Just wanted to say thanks to everyone that turned up. A big thanks to Carol and Yvonne for doing most of the organising and for Carols sister Linda for allowing us the use of the Hall.

As usual I didn't manage to get round and talk to as many people as I wanted to. Got stuck in one place, had too much drink, forgot to pick up E mail addresses that people had left me, didn't get a photo that Sheila Stewart had brought in specially...

Anyway i've left this forum unlocked at the moment so that everyone can see the content, just that when you do that you can get the usual Viagra type adverts appearing (not that I need any ....yet).

Most of you have been reluctant to post in the past but please feel free to "Register" (It is painless) and tell us what you thought of the night or to pass on any thanks you think are due (to Carol and Yvonne).

Also would love to see any photos that were taken.

Thanks also to Lynn Hamilton for the lovely sandwiches they were very much appreciated.

You must have had a dirty seat last night I'm sure someone had put glue on it before you sat down as you were glued to it all night lol.

A few ladys have been in touch today all with hangovers I may add, to say they really enjoyed the re-union and they are all looking forward to the 50th in 4 years time. Most of them and some men gave me contact details last night as well which I will put together on the one list and send it to you.

You didn't pick up the e-mail addys and contact details because you gave them to Carol for me to type up for you so that you don't have to sit and decipher all the different hand writing. lol See men that canae haud their drink, terrible ha ha.
Had a wonderful time last night, not bad for word of mouth and considering how hard it was trying to contact people especially the ladys who had changed their surnames eh!

Spoke to a few people who are also willing to help with the organisation of the next re-union I'll send you the details later.

Thanks to all who turned up last night you made Carols last night in Scotland a very memorable one she was over the moon. I hope its not too long before we see her again Safe Journey Home Carol.

P.S Andrew I will get all the photo's to you as soon as I download them from the camera I got everyone who came through the door so you'll have quite a few for your before and after photo file all we need now is a kiddy photo of them all to match up with.

Have seen the photos from the night that Elaine emailed me. Looks like I missed a great night. I think I need a few names though as wouldn't have seen most folks since 1977!! and we all change a little bit. (been back in touch with Elaine since 1986 and catch up with her when I'm over). Keep up the good work on this site Andrew and who knows one day I'll get over again and meet some of you!
